This month’s four-course menu celebrates the best of fall — Grilled Octopus with persimmon and chili oil, a bright Fall Salad with mandarin vinaigrette, a hearty Pork Porterhouse with sweet potato purée and apple ancho jus, and a shareable Butternut Squash Crème Brûlée to close out the night.
