We believe that everyone at Hook & Ladder deserves to make a living wage, regardless of their position. For this reason, we are moving away from the traditional restaurant compensation model and adopting a new approach; we have added a 3% Kitchen Equity Share line to be distributed amongst the workers in the kitchen. This will ultimately result in a more cohesive and sustainable service model.
