Separate checks can not be accommodated but we will gladly process up to 3 forms of payment

We believe that everyone at Hook & Ladder deserves to make a living wage, regardless of their position. For this reason, we are moving away from the traditional restaurant compensation model and adopting a new approach; we have added a 2.5% Kitchen Equity Share line to be distributed amongst the workers in the kitchen. This will ultimately result in a more cohesive and sustainable service model. More importantly, it is the best way to ensure that some of the hardest working people at H&L, our kitchen staff, are paid a fair and equitable wage.
